Can I order fewer than 200 plasterboard sheets?
Yes. Panelform can quote any customer quantity. The 200-sheet figure is the current supplier minimum for one import lot, not a customer purchase minimum.
TWO DIFFERENT QUANTITIES
Customer quantity and import-lot size are not the same.
A 200-sheet import lot represents 576 m² of gross sheet area at 1200 × 2400 mm, but a customer does not have to purchase the whole lot.
SMALLER ORDERS
The quote must explain how the quantity will be supplied.
The order may be allocated within a larger confirmed import lot. The quote must state the expected trigger and estimated timing.
If Panelform takes responsibility for the remaining sheets, that supply basis must be confirmed before payment.
Any alternative supply route must be identified with its own product, price, availability and delivery conditions.
CHECK BEFORE QUOTING
Quantity is only one gate.
- Confirm the final sheet size, thickness and edge requirement
- Allow for waste only after the layout and fixing plan are reviewed
- Confirm the supply route for the requested customer quantity
- Check unloading, carrying and weather-protected storage
- Confirm whether one product or several board types are required
- Separate board supply, freight, import items and local delivery
For any quantity, Panelform first confirms the product, supply route, landed cost, estimated timing and payment stages in writing. Procurement begins only after the quote is accepted, the order is confirmed and the required deposit has cleared.
