CHOOSE BY PROJECT STAGE

Use the route that matches
when you need board.

The imported-to-order route suits planned work. Customers who need immediate stock should confirm availability before spending time on a full brief.

HOW IT WORKS

Three decisions before
procurement starts.

An enquiry is not an order. Product, landed cost, payment milestones, estimated timing and delivery basis are confirmed in writing first.

01

Send the brief

Choose a route and share the product, quantity, plans or first estimate.

Start the brief
03

Confirm and procure

Procurement starts only after the import lot, exact SKU and required product evidence are confirmed and the first 60% has cleared.

STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN

Pay against visible
order milestones.

Every quote shows the amount, balance, due milestone and refund condition before payment. An unconfirmed-lot reservation is credited toward the first 60%, not added on top.

30%

Shipping milestone

Due at the documented shipping, arrival or clearance milestone identified in your accepted quote.

10%

Before local delivery

The final balance is due before the agreed Auckland delivery or release of the goods. An invoice or receipt is provided for every payment.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Three answers that
change the quote.

01Can I order fewer than 200 sheets?+

Yes. Harbour Lining Supply can quote any customer quantity. The 200-sheet figure is the current supplier import-lot minimum, not a customer purchase minimum. The written quote confirms the available supply route for your quantity.

02Does the supplier price include sea freight?+

No. Sea freight, applicable import items, Auckland delivery and unloading are identified separately in the written quote where relevant.

03Can you arrange plasterboard installation?+

Yes. You can request supply plus fixing or fixing and stopping. We coordinate a quote from a named independent Auckland installer; no in-house installation crew is claimed, and the installer scope and payment route are disclosed before acceptance.

04Can the board be used for fire, moisture, acoustic or bracing systems?+

Those uses depend on the exact product and complete wall or ceiling assembly. Paper colour alone is not treated as proof of system performance. Product evidence and project requirements must be reviewed before a specialty use is offered.
