What an Auckland plasterboard quote actually includes.

A board-only unit price is not the amount a project pays to receive usable sheets at site. Panelform builds the quote from the exact board, shipment route and Auckland delivery conditions that can be confirmed.

No public price without the missing inputs

Panelform does not publish a made-up delivered price. Quantity, board specification, freight timing, import responsibility, site address, access and unloading can all change the quote.

THE QUOTE STACK

Seven components make the price reviewable.

Board supply

The exact product, thickness, dimensions, edge treatment, quantity, packaging and current stock check.

Sea freight

The shipment route and freight basis. The current supplier price does not include sea freight.

Import items

The party responsible for clearance, GST, duty if applicable, port charges and other shipment costs must be identified.

Import-lot allocation

Customers can request any quantity. For an order below the current 200-sheet supplier lot, the quote identifies the confirmed fulfilment route and related cost basis.

Auckland delivery

The delivery address, timing, truck access and handover point determine the local route.

Unloading and storage

HIAB, extra labour, waiting, carrying, weather protection and storage are separate unless included in writing.

Commercial terms

Quote validity, deposit, balance stages, estimated lead time, cancellation handling, damage inspection and order acceptance are confirmed in writing.

ORDER SEQUENCE

The deposit starts procurement, not the enquiry.

  1. Enquire. Send the exact board, quantity, destination, access and required date.
  2. Review the written quote. Check the included costs, exclusions, estimated timing, deposit and balance stages.
  3. Accept and pay the deposit. Procurement starts only after cleared funds and written order confirmation.
  4. Import and deliver. Panelform coordinates the agreed supplier order, sea freight, clearance and Auckland handover.
