Sheet size changes the coverage, handling and quantity conversation. This guide uses the current Panelform standard-board brief and keeps the final SKU, edge treatment and project use subject to confirmation.
CURRENT SIZE SNAPSHOT
Start with coverage per sheet.
The 1200 × 2400 mm board covers 2.88 m². The 1220 × 2440 mm board covers 2.9768 m² before cuts and waste. Actual coverage depends on the room layout, openings, ceiling details and fixing plan.
WHAT ELSE CHANGES THE COUNT
Area is only the first input.
- Wall length, wall height and ceiling area
- Doors, windows, services and other cut-outs
- Sheet length, carrying route and site access
- Waste allowance and the final room-by-room takeoff
- Whether the board is part of a specific fire, moisture, acoustic or bracing system
The current supplier brief reports 7–15.9 mm thickness, 1200 / 1220 mm widths, 2400 / 2440 / 3600 / 3660 mm lengths and a 200-sheet supplier import-lot minimum. Customers can request any quantity. We confirm the exact model, edge, batch, supply route and quantity before requesting a deposit.
