GUIDE / QUOTE CHECKLIST
Send a plasterboard enquiry that can be priced.
A short but complete brief reduces follow-up questions. Use this checklist before requesting a project quote for Auckland or another New Zealand destination.
SIX INPUTS
One clear brief is enough to start.
Board type, thickness, width, length, edge and any complete-system requirement.
Sheet count, lined area, room dimensions or plans for a first-pass takeoff conversation.
Project suburb or full delivery address when access pricing is required.
Required-on-site date and any restricted delivery window.
Truck access, parking, turning, unloading, stairs, carrying distance and storage.
Documents or performance questions that must be reviewed for the exact product and proposed use.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The enquiry moves through five stages.
- Product check. Match the board identity, dimensions, quantity and available evidence to the brief.
- Commercial check. Separate product, freight, import items, local delivery, unloading and payment terms.
- Open items. List anything that still needs a project professional, carrier, broker or delivery partner to confirm.
- Acceptance and deposit. You accept the written quote and pay the stated deposit; Panelform confirms the order after cleared funds.
- Procurement and delivery. Panelform then places the supplier order, coordinates sea freight and clearance, and arranges the agreed local handover.
Supplier availability, product identity, landed cost, delivery conditions and payment terms remain subject to written confirmation. No supplier order is placed until the quote is accepted, the order is confirmed and the required deposit has cleared. Specialist performance depends on the complete system and project review.
