SIX STAGES
The schedule follows the confirmed supply route.
Confirm the exact board, customer quantity, supplier availability, evidence status and import-lot route.
Set the included costs, exclusions, deposit, balance stages and estimated schedule before the customer commits.
Procurement waits until the quote is accepted, Panelform confirms the order and the required deposit clears.
Place the agreed order, prepare the shipment and coordinate the available sea-freight route.
Complete the applicable import entry, clearance, port release and any inspection or storage steps.
Confirm the local vehicle, access, unloading, handover and customer inspection arrangements.
WHAT CHANGES TIMING
These inputs move the estimate.
- Exact SKU, dimensions, quantity and supplier preparation
- Whether the quantity uses a consolidated or other confirmed import-lot route
- Vessel availability, sailing schedule and port conditions
- Customs, MPI, inspection, storage or documentation requirements
- Auckland delivery access, unloading and the required site window
The written quote identifies the current assumptions and estimated windows. Panelform provides reasonable updates when the route changes. Project teams should confirm local delivery before locking in labour or installation sequencing.
